The panels are made of steel sheets with a thickness of 0,5mm, hot-dip galvanized and coated with a polyester layer.
The panel is filled with a 40mm layer of non-milled polyurethane foam. The panels are available in solid colors (possibility of varnishing according to the RAL palette) or in a wood-like structure, in the version with horizontal or coffered embossing. The door made of such panels is characterized by high thermal and sound insulation and fully protects against burglary.
Sectional doors are installed directly behind the garage framing. Depending on the existing building conditions, it is possible to use different types of guide systems. The door lifting direction is: vertical or vertical-horizontal.
This solution allows to fully use the space in front and inside the building. The drive of the door is provided by a shaft with springs, which cooperates with a chain mechanism or an electric drive.
The heat transfer coefficient for our sectional door is 0.9W/m2 thanks to the thickness of the panel and effective sealing of the door along the entire perimeter. Our doors are custom-made to fit the garage door framing. Electric drives used for sectional doors comply with the regulations applicable in the European Union. Each sectional door can be additionally equipped with service doors, mounted next to or in the plane of the door.
